I'm not sure if I had a rush of blood to the head, but last week I suddenly decided I didn't need Twitter in my life any more. So I deactivated my account. Apparently I have 30 days to change my mind. I know I won't do that.

A client recently described her behaviour as being like a "stuck record" and that got me thinking.
What does that actually mean? Is there anything we can do about it? Might a stuck record be first cousin to a vicious circle?
I'm always a little wary of people who tell me they are "always decluttering." I sense they are looking for some kind of affirmation from me - that they're the ones who have got it right.
Have they got it right? Do you envy those kind of people?
