The call is two hours long in order to feel unhurried. It gives you the opportunity to explore how you feel, what brought you to this point and why it matters. Having this degree of self-awareness makes it so much easier to find your personal solution and come up with a plan.
As we go along I make practical suggestions as to how you can achieve your desired outcome. We focus on what will work for you. Afterwards I send you a summary of the key points and actions you've agreed. A follow-up call is recommended if you want to be held accountable.
