• Walk away from chronic anxiety
Many of my clients experience chronic anxiety. Being constantly in that state is overwhelming. I know, because I've been there.
There can be no doubt, 2020 has been a terrible year for many people.
What about 2021? Would you like to feel better this year?
Chronic anxiety was my default setting for most of my life. It took a long time for me to realise it, but yes, I was fuelled by fear. In 2015 it caught up with me in the form of adrenal exhaustion, a debilitating experience of extreme overwhelm.
Right now fear is practically in the air we all breathe. Read on to find out what you can do to reduce the impact of fear.
• How can you break the cycle of overwhelm?
It's no secret that I have experienced chronic anxiety and Adrenal Exhaustion. Both were overwhelm inducing and yet also, strangely, a product of overwhelm. It was only when I was at my worst with Adrenal Exhaustion (similar to Chronic Fatigue), that I began to understand the vicious circle of overwhelm that is the experience of many of my clients.
I began to consider, how might it be possible to step away from this draining experience?
